We are very pleased that you have committed to your well-being and over all wellness by investing in chiropractic care. For your convenience, please feel free to print off the required paperwork and bring it with you to your first appointment. If you don’t have access to a printer, or prefer to fill it out in the office, please be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
After your first chiropractic adjustment, you may feel many different things. Some people experience soreness. This is completely normal and everyone will respond differently, some more sore than others. Some people may not feel anything at all depending on the ailment and its severity. Don’t get discouraged. It’s typical to need multiple adjustments. Some people may feel cured after just a visit or two. It’s important to follow the guidelines and recommendations given by Dr. Yan and Dr. Vechiarelli to ensure that your problem is managed and resolved. Working together, we will develop a plan that you are comfortable with to help you on your path to complete wellness.
